AI Assistant
The AI Assistant is currently paused, so no plan includes AI generation right now. Any credits already on your account are kept.
7-Day Pro Trial
The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial with Pro feature access and no charge for 7 days.
- A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
- Limited to one trial per payment card.
- Cancel before the 7 days end to avoid being charged.
- After 7 days, the monthly Pro price is charged automatically.

Studio Plan — Team Billing
Coming soon — the Studio plan is not yet available for purchase. The details below are a preview.
The Studio plan will include 3 seats. Additional seats are $12/seat/month, billed together with your Studio subscription.

Subscription Management
Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing or visit kinoviz.com/pricing.
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want.
- Complete the payment flow.
Your new plan is active immediately. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated.
Canceling
Cancel in Settings → Billing. Access to your current plan features continues through the end of the billing period. After expiry, the account reverts to the Free plan.
Contact support for billing inquiries via Settings → Support or kinoviz.com/contact.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed by Stripe, Creem, and PayPal. KinoViz does not store card numbers — all payment data is held by the payment processor.
