Gallery Walls

Add an animated photo wall to your canvas — 128 layout presets across 10 categories, a dedicated editor for uploading and arranging photos.

Overview

A Gallery Wall is a single canvas element that turns a set of your photos into an animated wall, carousel, grid, or spatial arrangement. Pick from a library of 128 animated presets across 10 categories, drop in your own photos, and the preset handles how they enter, move, and exit — no manual keyframing required.

Gallery Walls live in the Gallery tab of the Asset Library, and the AI Agent can generate one for you directly (see AI Agent below).

Adding a Gallery Wall

  1. Open the Asset Library and click the Gallery tab.
  2. Browse presets by category, or search by name.
  3. Click a preset to add a Gallery Wall to the canvas, pre-loaded with placeholder photos so you can preview the motion right away.
  4. Double-click the element on the canvas to open the full-screen Gallery Editor.

Uploading Photos

The Gallery Editor's Media section holds your photo slots.

  • Drag and drop images onto a slot, paste from your clipboard, or click a slot to browse files.
  • Gallery Walls accept static images only — video and GIF files aren't supported as gallery media.
  • Every photo is automatically compressed to WebP and capped at 2048px on its longest edge before it's stored.
  • Each gallery has 2 to 36 slots. Use the slot counter to add or remove slots at any time.

Choosing Presets

Presets are organized into 10 categories:

CategoryPresets
Depth & Space58
Interactive Gallery21
Glide & Flow11
Orbit8
Tiles & Grid8
Toss & Stack7
Stage & Focus4
Sweep & Reveal4
Motion Lab4
Isometric3

Every preset — Free or Pro — is fully browsable, editable, and previewable, both in the editor and on the canvas. Switching presets never loses your uploaded photos: if the new preset has fewer slots, extra photos are held in reserve, and they're restored automatically if you switch back to a preset with more slots (or add slots manually).

Optical Gallery

Optical Gallery is a category of five Pro presets built around the Prism Lens effect — refracted, color-splitting edges baked right into the look.

PresetWhat it looks like
Photo SphereYour photos wrapped around a slowly turning globe, closer ones larger and brighter, far ones smaller and dimmer
Prism TubePhotos bent into a tilted glass tube with parallax depth; the cards furthest from view fade and soften
Curved HallA rounded gallery hall with photos bent along the walls, each one carrying an editable caption — title, category, creator, year
Liquid RingCards flowing around a ring that melt into one another like liquid as they pass, then pull apart into thin threads
Prism DialTwo rings of photos spinning like a watch face around your own title text

Prism Dial runs two ways: Constant speed (the default — a speed slider independent of your clip length, built for slow 10–30 second mood pieces) or Seamless loop (ends exactly where it started, for backgrounds meant to repeat). Switch between the two in the Gallery Editor.

See Prism Lens for the shared refraction and color-split controls these presets are built on, including how to fine-tune or animate them.

Canvas & Timing

  • Frame: choose Auto (matches your project canvas) or a fixed shape — 1:1, 4:5, 16:9, or 9:16.
  • Loop duration: 3 to 60 seconds, set with the duration slider or a quick preset (5s / 10s / 15s / 20s / 30s).
  • Dragging a Gallery Wall onto the canvas raises your project's timeline to match the preset's duration if it's longer — it never shortens an existing timeline.

Exporting

You can browse, edit, and preview all 128 presets on every plan, including Free. Plan availability is only checked when you export to MP4 or WebM:

PlanExportable presets

Pro and aboveAll 128

If your gallery uses a Pro preset and you try to export on a lower plan, the upgrade dialog names exactly which preset(s) triggered it.

Gallery Walls are available on all plans. Exporting a Pro preset requires the Pro plan and above.

AI Agent

The AI Assistant is currently paused.

Describe what you want and the AI Agent can generate a Gallery Wall for you, switch it to a different preset, or change its loop duration — straight from a prompt.
