These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of KinoViz, a browser-based animation studio for creating, editing, saving, collaborating on, and exporting vector, motion, and 3D animation projects with optional AI-powered tools.
By creating an account, accessing the product, purchasing a plan, or using KinoViz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by team members or collaborators you invite.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may require additional verification or security steps before restoring access.
KinoViz provides design, animation, AI generation, project management, template, collaboration, and export features. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms, and any product limits shown in your account or plan.
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue individual features. Some features may be experimental, beta, or dependent on third-party providers.
"User Content" includes projects, prompts, uploaded images, files, templates, comments, exports, generated assets, and other materials you submit to KinoViz.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant KinoViz a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, transform, and use User Content as needed to provide the service, operate collaboration and export features, run AI generation, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with law.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and use your User Content. Do not upload confidential, regulated, infringing, illegal, or sensitive personal information unless you have the right and authority to do so.
AI features are currently paused. The terms below apply if and when they are offered.
KinoViz may use third-party AI model providers to process prompts, source materials, project context, or reference images. AI features may produce unexpected, inaccurate, incomplete, or similar-looking output.
You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it commercially or publicly. KinoViz does not guarantee that generated output is unique, non-infringing, accurate, suitable for a specific purpose, or accepted by any platform.
AI generation consumes credits according to the plan, model, resolution, duration, retry behavior, and feature used. Failed tasks caused by system errors, provider outages, or internal timeouts may be automatically refunded as credits where supported by the product.
Templates, examples, documentation, UI assets, and product content provided by KinoViz remain owned by KinoViz or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may use them only as permitted inside the product.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or improvement ideas, you grant KinoViz the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
Paid plans may include feature access, storage, export capabilities, collaboration limits, and AI credits. AI credits are not currently offered while AI features are paused. Credits are a prepaid digital balance for eligible AI or processing tasks. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and may expire according to the plan or purchase type.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges but generally does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Creem, or other supported processors, and their processing times and rules may also apply.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, revoke credits, block payments, or apply risk controls when we reasonably believe these Terms, payment security rules, or platform safety rules have been violated.
KinoViz integrates with third-party services for payment, authentication, storage, analytics, email, AI generation, hosting, and infrastructure. Your use of those features may be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies.
KinoViz is not responsible for outages, model changes, moderation decisions, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers, but we may provide reasonable workarounds or credits where appropriate.
We work to keep KinoViz reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of every project, version, upload, export, or generated result. You are responsible for keeping local copies of important exports and business-critical materials.
We may remove inactive, illegal, abusive, corrupted, or unsupported content as permitted by law and our policies.
You may stop using KinoViz at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create security or payment risk, infringe third-party rights, or use the service in a way that could harm KinoViz, users, providers, or the public.
After termination, access to projects, credits, exports, subscriptions, or team workspaces may be limited or unavailable. Some records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy and as required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
KinoViz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.
You are responsible for evaluating whether KinoViz and any output meet your creative, technical, legal, commercial, or platform requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KinoViz and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to KinoViz for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold KinoViz harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of KinoViz after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
